Doric Aedicule

A PROPOSED ADDITION TO THE FRONT FACADE of the St. Joseph Courthouse, this design for a new aedicule houses a statue of Prudence. Designed to blend seamlessly with the existing structure, the aedicule utilizes the same system of proportions and moldings as the 120-year old courthouse built by Shepley, Rutan, and Coolidge.
